These Terms and Conditions govern direct company orders for non-trade cement:

1. Order Placement:

   • Orders must be placed directly with the company through authorized communication channels (e.g., official email or website).

   • The minimum order quantity for non-trade cement will be specified and must be adhered to.

2. Pricing and Payment:

   • Prices are determined based on the quantity ordered and prevailing market rates.

   • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms, either in advance or within the specified credit period.

   • All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery Terms:

   • Cement will be delivered to the location specified by the buyer, subject to logistical feasibility.

   • Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon and depend on availability and location.

   • The company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or transportation issues.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Cement supplied will meet the quality standards specified in the order.

   • Any quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Orders may be canceled only before dispatch, subject to a cancellation fee.

   • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

6. Liability:

   • The company’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective material or refund of the purchase price, as applicable.

   • The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

7. Force Majeure:

   • The company will not be held liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

8. Dispute Resolution:

   • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration under applicable laws.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and confirms understanding and acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
